This matchup is tough, if the Steelers manage to keep the game close they have a chance at winning. The Rams are more than capable of keeping the game out of reach. Matthew Stafford is averaging 280 YPG through the air. This has been steadily increasing since the return of Cooper Kupp. The Steelers are allowing an average of 265 YPG passing. I believe this game has the potential to mirror the Texans vs. Steelers week 4 matchup. Stroud threw for 306 yards and 2 TDs. I predict Stafford will throw for at least 290 yards, take the over on Stafford’s passing yards this game.

Kenny Pickett Under Passing Yards (Waiting for odds to be released)

The Rams rank 13th in passing defense, allowing an average of 219 YPG. Kenny Pickett averages 205 YPG, and has 5 TDs and 4 INTs on the season. I also expect the Steelers to attempt to establish a run game against the Rams, and only rely on Pickett for short yard passes to extend drives. This will limit the overall passing yards from Pickett. It may be worth it to consider taking the over on Najee Harris’ rushing yards, but this is risky since Harris has been ineffective so far this season.
