Oddsmakers are anticipating a blowout, I believe the Seahawks are unable to blowout a team offensively. Their big win over the Giants had a pick 6 and the Giants are a much worse team than the Cardinals in my opinion. This is an interesting matchup between Seattle’s strong run defense and Arizona’s strong rushing attack. I believe this game will be a surprising defensive matchup, and Arizona will keep it close. James Connor is on IR with a knee injury. Connor has been a very effective runner with 364 yards and 2 TDs through week 6. Against the Rams in week 6, Dobbs was the Cardinals leading rusher with 47 yards on 7 attempts. This trend should continue and I would not be surprised if it even increases with Connor out. I expect 50+ rushing yards from Dobbs in this matchup, as the Cardinals backup running backs will have a tough time against the Seahawks run defense.

There was obvious and observed frustration among the Seahawks offense in week 6 against the Bengals. Geno Smith and the Seahawks were able to move the ball effectively against the Bengals but were unable to convert in the red zone; I expect this trend to continue. Smith is averaging 234 YPG through the air. I predict this game he will be able to reach 260-270 yards passing. The Cardinals rank 27th in passing defense, allowing an average of 266 YPG, and they will apply minimal resistance to Smith and the passing game. Take the over on Smith’s passing yards in this divisional matchup.
